The role focuses on managing and growing a diverse portfolio of social media platforms, utilizing innovative campaigns to drive engagement and growth. Responsibilities• Oversee and grow all social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across each platform. • Design and execute a content calendar that includes creative, culturally relevant, and engaging content that resonates with diverse communities.• Leverage AI tools for content creation, data analysis, ad optimization, and enhancing client engagement to maximize efficiency and results. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness, inform future strategies, and deliver measurable results. • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and strategic insights to ensure alignment with their goals.Skills• At least 3-5 years of extensive, hands-on experience in managing and growing multiple social media platforms. • Complete fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages. • Proven experience using AI tools for social media content creation, analytics, and advertising. • The ability to develop and execute innovative campaigns that capture attention and drive results. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with high efficiency and attention to detail.• A strong drive to deliver and exceed performance expectations, upholding our firm’s standard of excellence.
