The role involves facilitating motivational programming and mentoring student-athletes to develop life skills through sports. Responsibilities• Conducting daily morning sessions that inspire and prepare student-athletes for the day• Delivering 1:1 motivational coaching tied to personal development and academic achievement• Guiding life skill development workshops through reflection, storytelling, and hands-on coaching methods• Overseeing afternoon training sessions that cultivate accountability, teamwork, and resilience• Monitoring individual student growth and maintaining rigorous expectations for mindset and executionSkills• Former elite athletes with verified accomplishments at the highest tier of competition — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans• Bachelor's degree in any subject• Demonstrated experience applying sport as a vehicle for mentorship and life skill coaching• Proven ability to inspire and lead others in athletic, academic, or professional contexts• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.without visa sponsorship• Willingness to relocate to or reside in Austin, TXBenefits• Full benefits• Relocation supportCompany Overview• Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
