[Remote] Sr Director – Marketing Strategy, Asset Protection, Enterprise and Operations (Remote)

The Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy will lead marketing strategy efforts for the asset protection division, driving the development and commercialization of value propositions to achieve business growth while partnering with various departments to align marketing strategies with business goals. Responsibilities • Translates divisional strategy into actionable marketing plans that deliver measurable impact on business performance • Leads teams of line of business marketing strategists, ensuring alignment and integration of marketing initiatives across multiple segments • Maintains comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards, market dynamics, and regulatory environment • Applies commercial insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in marketing approaches • Drives financial and operational performance through effective resource allocation, cost-benefit analysis, and oversight • Negotiates with and influences senior executives within and outside the department to ensure strategic alignment and common, achievable goals are set for the department • Establishes and maintains close working relationships with management throughout the company, particularly focusing on partnering with line of business stakeholders within the asset protection and operations areas as well as our corporate functions • Builds collaboration within own team as well as across the marketing department to achieve common goals and best possible outcomes • Leads team to ensure clear and positive information flow back and forth between line of business stakeholders and marketing at all levels • Works closely with asset protection and operations leadership to provide a constant flow of information including progress on key initiatives • Effectively communicates with all levels of the organization • Provides strong leadership by setting, communicating and modeling high standards of performance and professionalism, developing and maintaining a high level of personal credibility and work ethic with coworkers, direct reports and staff and demonstrating consistent sound judgment • Creates a positive culture within the organization stressing company values, results, teamwork, development, accountability and professionalism • Recruits and develops talent for the future by encouraging stretch assignments, supporting training and development and encouraging a coaching environment • Mentors key talent for development into future roles • Effectively manages investments in various strategic initiatives while also managing routine operational expenses in collaboration with campaign strategy • Monitors issues, performance and standards.
