[Remote] Staff Professional Services Consultant (SIEM)

They are seeking a seasoned SIEM expert to lead post-sales engagements focused on their AI-powered SIEM product family, guiding customers through the implementation and ensuring successful outcomes. Responsibilities• Deliver implementation, enablement, and advisory services for SentinelOne AI SIEM and related technologies. • Consult with Customers to build collaborative architecture, success criteria, and project plans for implementation customized to their business objectives.• Possess a basic understanding of FedRAMP and the ability to deliver solutions in these environments. • Work with Customers as a trusted advisor, helping guide them on ongoing security best practices, platform management, and product usage; identify and suggest new opportunities for applying the technology. • Empower customers to take on the next wave of questions on their own. • Collaborate with Service Delivery Partners, enabling them to provide the same level of service to our Customers. • Represent and advocate for Customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.• Continuously improve methodologies, deliverables, and processes to create an unparalleled Customer Experience. • Contribute to internal best practices and HOWTO documentation.
