Remote Virtual Closer – Wholesale Real Estate (Base+Commission)

We specialize in high-ticket virtual closings and are actively seeking ambitious, commission-driven Remote Closers to join our remote sales team. All closings are done virtually, and leads are provided. This is a performance-based opportunity with no cap on earnings. This role is 100% virtual and open to candidates worldwide who can work U.S. hours. Position Overview As a Remote Virtual Closer, your primary responsibility is to convert warm leads into signed real estate contracts. You will NOT be selling properties—you are helping homeowners sell their home as contracts through our wholesale process. This is a 100% remote position open to candidates worldwide. Key Responsibilities • Close high-ticket real estate wholesale deals virtually • Manage a pipeline of warm leads provided to you • Build rapport, qualify prospects, and negotiate terms • Maintain accurate data in our CRM system • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets • Collaborate with team members for seamless hand-offs • Maintain a strong daily work ethic Compensation Structure • Monthly Base Pay: $2,000 • Commission: 10% • Average Closers Earn: $120,000 – $225,000+ annually • Top Performers: Unlimited earning potential Qualifications • 3+ years of sales or closing experience (real estate or high-ticket preferred) • Must be comfortable working fully commission-based • Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, driven, and coachable • Fluent English is required • Wholesale real estate experience is a plus but not required • Able to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm MST reliably Benefits • 100% remote work from anywhere in the world • Warm leads provided daily • Strong systems, SOPs, and scripts • Daily sales coaching and team support • Leadership opportunities as we scale Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am MST – 5:00pm MST Full-time only.
