[Remote] Volunteer Advisory Board Member (Legal Counsel Expertise for a Startup)

Better Leaders Training Foundation is a leadership-training company focused on developing high-performance supervisors and managers in the Supply Chain space. They are seeking a Volunteer Advisory Board Member with Legal Counsel expertise to provide strategic guidance and legal insights to support the company's growth and operational structure. Responsibilities• Provide strategic guidance on business growth, operational structure, and long-term development.• Offer legal insights related to contracts, partnerships, organizational policies, and compliance considerations. • Advise on risk management, protection of intellectual property, and general best practices for a growing education company. • Support partnership development and network-building where appropriate. • Participate in quarterly virtual advisory meetings. • Serve as a thought partner to the founder as BLTF prepares for full-time operation.
