Key Responsibilities • Drive and implement strategies aimed at expanding market share across the Southwest, with a primary focus on Texas.• Provide mentorship and development for the Texas sales team, ensuring alignment with overarching company goals. • Cultivate enduring relationships with key clients across Texas and Washington, delivering exceptional service and support. • Conduct market analysis to pinpoint trends and opportunities, offering valuable insights to executive leadership. • Oversee recruitment initiatives for both the Texas and Washington sales teams. • Engage in approximately 30% travel within the Southwest region for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration, with occasional visits to the company headquarters for training and meetings.Required Skills • Proven leadership and team management capabilities. • Exceptional client relationship management skills. • Proficient in market analysis and strategic planning. • Strong ability to mentor and guide team members. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline. • 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the real estate lending or financial services sectors. • Strong competencies in leadership, client relationship management, and market analysis.• Willingness to travel within the Southwest region and to headquarters. Preferred • MBA or equivalent advanced degree. • Experience in the real estate or lending sectors, with a solid understanding of the Texas market.
