Sales Support Specialist I
Our client, a leader in Grid Automation solutions, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist I to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist I, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the regional sales teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sales Support Specialist ILocation: Massachusetts, MA, RemotePay Range: $32.42What's the Job?• Support sales activities within assigned geographic areas to achieve financial targets and growth objectives. • Manage customer accounts, follow up on administrative tasks, and troubleshoot order and account issues via phone or email. • Perform operational activities such as account creation, item setup, and management of E-commerce platform orders, ensuring compliance with business policies. • Assist with presales activities including customer inquiries, quote preparation, and support for order booking processes.• Coordinate all entities involved in order management from pre-order support to shipment and invoicing, including risk and opportunity management.
