With flexible schedules, honest communication, and a culture that supports accountants' work-life balance, you can grow your career while still having time for family, hobbies, and sanity.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Salesforce Admin, you will:• Customize and Develop: Build and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including custom objects, workflows, record types, and layouts• Integrate Systems: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using external services, plugins, and middleware. • Optimize Performance: Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience. • Support Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce best practices.• Maintain Security: Ensure data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment, including managing user permissions and roles. • Innovate: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Implementing solutions organization-wide for maximized efficiency and support. • Troubleshoot Issues: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Qualifications• Technical Proficiency: 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL preferred• Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Collaborative: Works well in a team environment, with strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and quality in every project. • Innovative: Always looking for new ways to improve systems and processes.• Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift. • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator I preferred• A team player who appreciates a lighthearted culture (dad jokes welcome).
