Salesforce Architect - Associate Director
About the positionResponsibilities• Serve as the technical lead for development teams, providing hands-on architectural guidance and ensuring high-quality solution design. • Define and complete an architecture strategy that enables scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions for Field Excellence and Marketing. • Lead technical assessments and solution evaluations, ensuring new platforms align with enterprise goals and industry standard methodologies. • Oversee system integrations, data architecture, and cloud strategies using Salesforce, Veeva, Mulesoft, Databricks, and AWS technologies.• Provide technical oversight on development efforts, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and business objectives. • Partner with business collaborators, product teams, and development teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. • Act as a mentor and advisor to engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. • Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and SAFe Agile best practices. • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and inform strategic Technology decisions.Requirements• Doctorate degree and 3 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience• Master's degree and 5 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience• Associate's degree and 12 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience• High school diploma / GED and 14 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experienceNice-to-haves• Demonstrable experience as a System Architect or Technical Lead in a complex, enterprise IT environment.• Expertise in CRM, marketing automation, enterprise data platforms, system integration, and cloud-based architectures. • Solid background in Salesforce ecosystem (Veeva CRM, SFMC), Mulesoft, Databricks, and AWS. • Experience leading technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture governance. • Ability to assess new technologies, define migration strategies, and drive large-scale technology transformations. • Good understanding of enterprise data architecture, API-driven integrations, and security best practices.• Experience working within SAFe Agile and cross-functional teams. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and align strategies with business goals. • Strong solution design and problem-solving skills. • Solid understanding of technology, function, or platform. • Experience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutions. • Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into solutions. • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.• Effective presentation skills.
