SAM.gov Registration & Federal Subcontracting Specialist (Expert Required)

Overview We are seeking an experienced federal contracting professional to set up, review, and optimize our SAM.gov profile and actively identify and respond to subcontracting opportunities that align with our firm’s services. This role requires hands-on expertise with SAM.gov, federal procurement systems, and subcontractor outreach—not entry-level experience. Our company provides accounting, tax, and advisory services. You must be able to match relevant opportunities to our capabilities outlined at: www.theaccountingdoctor.com Responsibilities Set up, review, and optimize our SAM.gov entity registration (including NAICS codes, core data, representations, and certifications) Ensure compliance with all federal registration requirements Identify subcontracting opportunities that align with our accounting and advisory services Respond to subcontractor opportunities on SAM.gov and other federal platforms as appropriate Recommend and refine NAICS codes, keywords, and capability positioning Advise on best practices for ongoing federal subcontracting success Required Experience & Skills Proven experience setting up and managing SAM.gov profiles (must have done this multiple times) Strong knowledge of federal subcontracting processes Experience matching professional services firms (accounting, tax, finance, consulting) to federal opportunities Familiarity with NAICS codes relevant to accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and advisory services Ability to work independently and provide clear guidance Nice to Have Experience working with small businesses entering federal subcontracting Knowledge of other procurement tools (DSBS, GovWin, SubNet, etc.) Past success securing subcontracting engagements Project Details Project Type: Fixed-price or hourly (open to recommendations) Initial Scope: SAM.gov setup/optimization Identification and response to relevant subcontracting opportunities Ongoing Work: Possible, based on performance Start: Immediate How to Apply Please include: Your experience with SAM.gov registrations (number completed) Examples of subcontracting work you’ve supported Your recommended approach for identifying opportunities that fit our services Start your proposal with “SAM Expert” to confirm you read the full post Apply tot his job
