School Counselor - Full-Time - 100% Remote - WA License Required
Job Description As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking Counselors to provide virtual services for school students in Washington grades K-12. These positions are for the current school year. Licensed Counselor Salary: $45 to $50 per hour Licensed Counselor Qualifications: • Must have counseling certification in Washington • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) School Counselor or Social Worker Responsibilities Include: • Identifying and assessing students in need of trauma support • Conducting trauma-informed therapy and counseling interventions for at-risk students in individual, group, or family settings • Responding to progress monitoring results and student assessment data • Providing case management and direct intervention to students and families experiencing trauma, including those from low-income households, those who are homeless or in foster care, and students involved in the criminal justice system or experiencing mental illness or substance abuse disorder.
