Compensation is closely tied to your chosen billable hour target, with annual billable expectations ranging between 1,650–1,800 hours. Job Details Job Duties / Responsibilities • Serve as primary attorney on trust, estate, and probate litigation matters, managing cases independently. • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and memoranda. • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, trials, and settlement negotiations. • Advise clients proactively on pre-litigation and litigation strategies. • Manage conservatorship, guardianship, and probate administration matters from start to finish. • Provide consultation to trustees and beneficiaries regarding trust administration. • Conduct legal research and handle other projects as assigned. Qualifications • Active CA Bar License • 5+ years of probate or trust litigation experience strongly preferred. • 8–10 years of civil litigation will be considered. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities. • Comfortable handling clients and cases autonomously.
