About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Executive to join our team, responsible for building successful sales strategies and exceeding sales plans for our St. Pierre portfolio. As a Senior Customer Executive, you will focus on growing the St. Pierre Brioche portfolio through warehouse distribution in the In Store Bakery department, ensuring the profitable sales growth of assigned major chain account(s) and effective broker management. This position is also responsible for communicating customer plans and results, both internal and external, and overseeing a Customer Executive responsible for distributor sales in the Northeast. Key Responsibilities Develop fact-based sales presentations utilizing Insights and Circana data to identify incremental volume/space opportunities with assigned accounts. Develop and implement promotional calendars to fully maximize all trade promotions and maintain a competitive advantage. Conduct pre and post-analysis on all promotions to identify and correct missed opportunities. Enter all promotional activity and maintain accurate customer price files. Gains authorization and secondary display support for all new products. Develop full revenue programs to align with customers' key initiatives. Lead broker teams to ensure market condition audits are properly executed. Maintain and regularly update analysis of key competitors' activities and their impact on the market. Responsible for annual and semi-annual Top-to-Top presentations for assigned accounts. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your ability to achieve specific objectives and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. 5 or more years of consumer product account experience, ideally with National and major regional customers. Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility. Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others. Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills. Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ability to travel 50% of the time.
