Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join our Worldwide Public Sector team, focusing on helping the U.S. Space Force achieve its cloud transformation goals. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customer executives, technologists, and partners to solve complex business problems using advanced technologies. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding customers through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey. Key Responsibilities Work with the U.S. Space Force to solution and modernize their IT, collaborating with arenaflex account managers, solution architects, and service team subject matter experts to remove obstacles and facilitate mission workload transformation. Identify and accelerate the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle, adopting arenaflex services, partner solutions, best practices, and other relevant technologies. Enable customers to achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other enablement programs. Establish and mature operating models and structures to drive scale and long-term success, applying arenaflex frameworks and mechanisms. Work across arenaflex to apply technical, business, and program management expertise to solve complex technology problems for customers. Define opportunities strategic to the customer's cloud journey, including large-scale migrations, data analytics, digital transformation, and innovation. Interface with partner and cross-functional teams, customer team members, and pre/post sales to drive detailed discussions and deliver cloud adoption and migration strategies. Essential Qualifications 8+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies. Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent. Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams, with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams. 8+ years of leading large-scale, technical, or engineering programs in the U.S. Department of Defense (5+ of these years working with the U.S. Space Force), with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion. Must be a U.S. citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification. Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects. Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes, and timelines. Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense compliance frameworks and security requirements, such as NIST and the DoD CC SRG. Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a base pay ranging from $138,200/year to $239,000/year, depending on the location and level of experience.
