Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director, Customer and Marketing Data, Applied AI, and Analytics to join our team at arenaflex. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our customer and marketing data product portfolio, driving business outcomes, and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the long-term vision for the data product portfolio, driving strategies, requirements, and roadmaps that yield long-term customer benefits and business growth. Lead and manage the customer, loyalty, and marketing data ecosystem, providing actionable analytics to support top-line sales and productivity improvements. Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging two-way door initiatives that address customer needs and drive business outcomes. Own and lead annual planning for the product portfolio, representing the team in discussions with executives and stakeholders. Define and set the direction for user experience (UX) design, ensuring seamless and intuitive product experiences that meet customer needs. Develop and implement processes and measurements to track development work, triage bugs, and ensure the successful launch of products within the portfolio. Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute launch and go-to-market plans, identifying and resolving issues that may impact product success. Ensure customer and business goals remain aligned with identified customer needs, setting the strategy for customer engagement and leading its execution. Engage with internal and external thought leaders to drive product leadership and innovation within the portfolio. Lead and own operational product strategy, ensuring alignment with other portfolio owners and broader organizational goals. Facilitate a deep understanding of organizational goals and the role each team plays, auditing team goals and ensuring accountability for product portfolio performance. Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive environment that supports associate growth and development. Leverage data and analytics to provide competitive analysis, drive decision-making, and deliver recommendations to key stakeholders. Develop and present communications to senior leadership, effectively conveying the desired message and driving business outcomes. Monitor technology trends, anticipating their impact on the product roadmap and driving innovation to stay ahead of the curve. Collaborate with the broader product and technology management community to understand dependencies and create a community of practice. Required Qualifications 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, and/or product management, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and leading high-performing teams. 7 years of direct team leadership experience across software engineering, product management, or data science, with a strong ability to inspire and motivate teams. Prior experience in marketing, customer, and retail media networks analytics, building, deploying, and operationalizing highly scalable, resilient, and critical data technology solutions that solve business problems in a product model. Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree), with a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and computer science. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with software development teams to launch online products, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with large-scale order management and inventory systems, with a strong ability to analyze complex data sets and drive business insights. Experience with customer relationship management systems, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and loyalty. Master's degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree, with a strong foundation in business strategy, marketing, and finance. Our pay range for this role is $179,000.00 - $340,100.00 annually, with a starting rate of pay that may vary based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience.
