Senior eCommerce Merchandiser – Contract

Job Description: • Assist in the creation, uploading, and maintenance of product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels on the eCommerce platform. • Collaborate with the buying and inventory teams to ensure accurate product availability and timely updates to the online store. • Optimize product discovery and site merchandising using Algolia and Shopify’s native tools. • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure product pages are visually appealing and consistent with the brand’s identity. • Update and manage promotional banners, product collections, and category pages based on seasonal trends and marketing campaigns. • Collaborate with the customer service team to address product-related inquiries and issues promptly. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, retail merchandising, or a similar role. • Experience with search tools like Algolia, Content Stack (CMS) • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). • Strong understanding of online merchandising, product listings, and inventory management. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus Benefits: • Competitive compensation • Generous vacation • Parental leave • Training opportunities • Fun company-wide retreats Apply tot his job
