Senior Employment Law Associate (Hybrid)
About the positionResponsibilities• Advocate on behalf of clients in employment-related disputes and litigation. • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and attend mediations and court proceedings. • Conduct legal research and develop strategic legal arguments aligned with current employment law. • Lead case strategy and management from intake through resolution. • Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide mentorship to junior associates. • Maintain responsive, empathetic communication with clients navigating sensitive matters.Requirements• JD (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school. • 5+ years of experience in employment law and litigation. • Active bar membership in Massachusetts (or reciprocity eligible). • Proficiency with legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis). • Strong writing and analytical skills. • Willingness to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
