Senior Inside Sales Manager

Job Description: • Develop and execute inside sales strategies that drive new business acquisition and customer retention • Develop and drive actionable sales plans, targets, and KPIs • Lead, mentor, and develop inside sales managers and representatives to achieve consistent performance excellence • Establish a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, coaching, and results • Consistent partnership and communication with Marketing to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness • Continuously improve sales scripts, processes, and tools to increase new business close rates and renewal rates • Lead renewal and retention sales efforts to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn • Analyze churn drivers and collaborate across the business to improve retention outcomes, improve renewal rates and drive down customer cancel rates • Consistently monitor KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting to track sales and retention performance and effectiveness • Ensure accurate CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, and reporting discipline • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and performance analysis • Support executive leadership with insights on trends, risks, and growth opportunities Requirements: • 7+ years of directly related experience (5+ years in a leadership/management role) • Proven success leading inside sales teams in high-volume, consumer-focused environments • Experience driving both new customer acquisition and retention/renewal sales • Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, forecasting, and KPI management • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills • Familiarity with inbound/outbound call center sales environments • Proven ability to drive strategic sales leadership Benefits: • medical, • dental, • vision, • 401k, • PTO/paid sick leave, • employee stock purchase plan Apply tot his job
