You'll work in a team of talented and diverse software engineers to create innovative user experiences for AI-driven customer service products. Your expertise will be essential in driving the development cycle, from technical design to launch, and nurturing a culture of technical quality from design to production operations. **A Typical Day** As a Senior iOS Software Engineer on our CSP team, you can expect to: * Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy * Drive, lead, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch * Review code and design docs, giving feedback on product specs and mocks * Nurture a culture of technical quality from design, through code review, to production operations **Your Expertise** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years' experience developing iOS applications at scale with a high volume of users, with an eye for visual details * Expertise in Swift or Objective-C, UIKit, and SwiftUI, as well as knowledge of UI architecture and UI performance * Strong product sense and a passion for UI and UX product development, with the ability to effectively communicate with non-technical partners * Demonstrated ability to proactively collaborate with Product Management, Design, Data, and other iOS, Android, and Web Engineers * Passion for continuous learning and innovation in the mobile industry * Experience with chatbot/AI product would be a plus * Love for collaborating via code reviews and architecture discussions, and a motivation to improve teammates' productivity * Bachelor's and/or Master's/PhD degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience **Your Location** This position is US-Remote Eligible, with occasional work at an arenaflex office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
