Senior Legal Counsel - Regulatory Compliance [Remote]

~n What You'll Do ? Develop and implement global compliance programs tailored to technology regulations, including digital platform, artificial intelligence, video, and social media regulations. ? Build and maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance efforts, including policies, procedures, and training materials. ? Monitor and analyze regulatory trends to identify potential impacts on the organization and recommend proactive measures. ? Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key regulators, including ongoing dialogue and collaboration.? Establish key metrics to measure and demonstrate compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Track and report on the progress of compliance initiatives. ? Provide legal guidance to internal teams on best practices for compliance. ? Partner with Government Affairs to identify areas for joint efforts in engaging with regulators. Who You Are ? Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. ? Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the technology sector.? Strong understanding of the technology regulatory landscape. ? Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with regulators. ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. ? Familiarity with regulatory environments in multiple jurisdictions, particularly in the US and Europe. Where You'll Be ? This role is based in our New York, Washington DC, Stockholm or London office ? We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.~nThe United States base range for this position is $198,441-$283,487, plus equity.
