Senior Production Artist - Fully Remote - $18-$21 an hour and Full Benefits
Do you know your way around Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator like the back of your hand? Do you have a specific eye for detail and work efficiently while following customer design instructions? Well then look no further, this position is for you! You’ll help create print-ready files for custom t-shirts which will be worn by tens of thousands of customers! • When applying for this position please submit a portfolio or a link to your web portfolio with your application. Position Details: • Fully Remote • Full Time Position (5 days per week) • Competitive pay rates from $18 to $21 an hour • Monthly Bonuses upon hitting team goals • Overtime during busy seasons Responsibilities: • Learn company formatting and procedures through video tutorials and stay up to date on department and company procedures • Format files for apparel printing across various print methods (Screen Print, Direct to Garment, Embroidery, Print/Cut Vinyl, and Sublimation) • Manage computer files & update project statuses in the order management software • Prioritize order completion according to production schedule • Assisting production and sales departments with art requests • Inspect customer provided files and final production files to ensure high-quality, accurate prints • Daily communication with other members of the art team when tackling production requests and complicated orders • Meet expected hourly outputs according to job level Requirements: • COVID Vaccination • High School diploma or equivalent • 1-3 years experience in Prepress Production, Photo Editing, or Apparel Design • Power Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator User • High Speed Remote Connection • Ability to work on Apple Computers • A strong understanding of pre-press and design terminology and practices • The ability to format and navigate Spot Color Channels alongside halftone printing knowledge is a bonus Full Benefits Package: • Paid time off • Health | Dental | Vision Insurance | Flexible Spending Account • 401K with company match • No-cost Life Insurance to all employees • Employee discount on our apparel • Regular opportunities to earn overtime during the busy season • Remote work • Top of the line Apple computers and IT About the Company: Meet the Rush Order Tees Team!
