Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist Role The Data Entry Specialist plays a critical role in our e-Filing team, responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. This position involves close collaboration with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to achieve common goals, resolve issues, and drive projects forward. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents utilizing internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt and contribute to the team's objectives. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is considered a plus. Technical experience is strongly preferred, with a basic understanding of computer systems and software applications. High school diploma or GED required, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
