About the RoleWe’re hiring a Technical Sales Representative to help sell BotHQ-AI to small and mid-sized service businesses.This is a hybrid role based in Morgantown, WV. You’ll spend part of your time in the office and part of your time working remotely. We’re hiring urgently and moving quickly for the right person. You should be:• Ambitious – you want to grow your income and your career. • Tech savvy – comfortable with software, tools, and learning how things work under the hood. • Customer-focused – you genuinely enjoy helping customers and businesses succeed. What You’ll Do• Call, email, and follow up with leads and prospects.• Call, message on LinkedIn, email, and door knock businesses to get and do demos and get sales. • Run simple discovery calls to understand how a business handles calls, leads, and bookings today. • Give clear, confident demos of BotHQ-AI and explain how it helps them make more money and save time. • Handle questions and basic objections, then guide deals to close. • Keep your pipeline up-to-date in our CRM with notes, next steps, and follow-up dates. • Work with the founders and team to share feedback from customers and improve our sales approach.What We’re Looking For• 5+ years of B2B sales experience (selling to businesses, not consumers). • Strong phone, Zoom, and in-person communication skills. • You are comfortable with technology and pick up new tools quickly. • You like understanding how a product works so you can explain it simply to non-technical owners. • You enjoy helping customers and local businesses and want them to feel like you’re on their side. • You’re self-motivated, organized, and like having clear goals and targets. Nice to Have (Not Required)• Experience selling into home services, local businesses, salons/med spas, or similar industries.• Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.). Compensation & Growth• Base salary: $60,000/year. • On-bolthires earnings (OTE): $120,000–$150,000+ per year with commission when you hit goals. • Hybrid work in Morgantown, WV with room to grow into a senior sales or sales lead role as we scale.
