Senior Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master

The Marketing Enablement Technology group is seeking an experiencedSenior Scrum Master/Technology Project Manager to oversee multiple agile development teams. The Marketing Enablement Technology group is responsible for the strategic planning, construction, enhancement, maintenance, and governance of Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Campaign platform as well as many digital web properties and enterprise content delivery channels. In this role, you will work with technology development teams and business partners across the Enterprise to deliver challenging solutions.You will be expected to work comfortably in a fast pace environment as well as take on a leadership role for delivering business solutions, mentoring junior team members, and launching a new product. Job Level Descriptiono Requires in depth knowledge and expertise in their own job discipline and working knowledge of related disciplineso Leads projects or work streams within broader projectso Accountable for work of self and sometimes others, provides process and standards advice in specialtyo Able to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as part of a teamo Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experienceRole Summary and Responsibilitieso Leverages advanced technical knowledge to conduct a wide array of activities associated with planning and managing more complex technology projects; ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specificationso Supports work for larger, more complex projects or a small technology program that is composed of several projectso Manages and oversees project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management, and other project documentation preparation and turnover to production for technology projects of low to medium complexityo Develops the budget and statement of work, including project justification and plan for more complex technology projectso Defines roles and responsibilities of the project teamo Responsible for monitoring project financials and updates plans with accurate, up-to-date information in a timely mannero Follows financial standards and processes (e.g., monthly external revenue accruals, procurement, and external payments)o Coordinate's business subject matter experts and engineers to ensure project is appropriately staffed and resources are properly aligned and managedo Maintains regular contact with internal clients and coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishmentso Works with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the projecto Formulates operational strategies/tactics at the program level and successfully executes against themo Continues to build a wide, active network across the enterprise, and knows when to engage/activate it Apply tot his job
