OverviewIron Horse Studio is hiring aSenior Webflow Design Lead to push the creative bar for B2B brands. You will shape concepts, art direct visual systems, and translate brand stories into elegant, performant Webflow experiences. From motion and microinteractions to componentized libraries in Figma and Webflow, you will craft work that feels awesome and moves the needle on KPIs.
