Set up a sellers account, product listing. Amazon (.ca & .co.uk)
Looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central / FBA specialist to set up and launch one physical product (a card deck) on Amazon.ca and Amazon.co.uk. I am based in Vancouver, Canada. Inventory will be sent to FBA warehouses in both Canada and the UK (500 units per country). This is a setup and launch project, not ongoing account management. --- Scope of Work The successful contractor will be responsible for: Seller Central Setup Create and verify a Professional Amazon Seller Central account Enable and configure Amazon.ca and Amazon.co.uk marketplaces Complete identity, business, and tax interviews Set up banking and payout configuration Ensure I retain full admin access to the account Product Listing Create one high-quality product listing (single ASIN, no variations) Correct category selection and attributes Optimize title, bullet points, description, and backend keywords Ensure listing compliance with Amazon policies Upload and validate product images (provided by me) FBA Configuration Convert the listing to FBA in both marketplaces Create two inbound FBA shipment plans: 500 units to Amazon Canada 500 units to Amazon UK Generate SKU, product, and box labels Configure carton contents and prep requirements Confirm shipments are correctly set up and ready to send UK VAT Coordination Advise clearly on UK VAT requirements for holding inventory in UK FBA Either manage VAT registration directly or coordinate with a VAT agent Ensure Amazon UK listing is compliant before inventory is shipped Handoff Provide a clear handover summary including: ASINs and SKUs FBA shipment details VAT status Key account settings Brief guidance on basic account health and inventory monitoring --- Required Experience Please apply only if you have: Proven experience launching products via Amazon FBA Direct experience with Amazon Canada and Amazon UK Clear understanding of UK VAT requirements for FBA Successfully passed Amazon identity and business verification for clients Strong communication and documentation skills --- Nice to Have Experience with card decks, games, or boxed physical products Familiarity with GTIN exemptions and Brand Registry (not required) --- Project Details Product count: 1 Inventory: 500 units Canada / 500 units UK Fulfillment: FBA Project type: One-time setup and launch --- To Apply, Please Include 1.
