AboutThe RoleThis role is for the entrepreneurial software engineer who thrives on building customer-focused solutions that drive real business impact.You will develop and maintain features within our Rails platform, leveraging modern tools including AI to enhance productivity and create exceptional user experiences. Beyond traditional development, you'll take ownership of features from conception through post-launch optimization, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
