Solutions Architect (Healthcare Domain)
Role: Solutions Architect Location: Pleasanton, CA Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can seamlessly connect business strategy with technology execution. This role demands strong solution architecture expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership • Work with executives and stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and define long-term architectural vision and technology roadmaps. Solution Architecture Leadership • Design and lead enterprise-level solutions that align with business goals, with a focus on functional and business-driven projects rather than pure migration efforts. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication • Serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex business requirements into clear technical solutions. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical Leadership • Provide guidance to project teams, lead design reviews, mentor architects and developers, and ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Risk Management • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders. Innovation & Emerging Technologies • Continuously evaluate new technologies (Digital, AI, Cloud) to enhance business capabilities and drive innovation. Required Skills & Qualifications • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders. • Strong technical expertise across current platforms and technologies. • Proven experience in consultative roles working with business teams to define and deliver solutions. • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior leadership. • Demonstrated experience in solution architecture within business or functional projects. • Deep knowledge of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and methodologies. • Familiarity with SAFe Agile, DevOps, and industry best practices. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills. • Desirable qualifications: o Experience in healthcare, with a strong preference o Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Lucid, and Confluence Apply tot his job
