About the positionResponsibilities• Project manages new and existing learning programs and projects, including planning, marketing, and employee support. • Assists in instructional design and course authoring for learning topics. • Delivers and facilitates training content using various techniques and strong classroom management skills. • Manages vendor relationships for learning consultants, including negotiation and reporting. • Assists in annual budgeting and strategic planning for the Learning function.• Communicates with HR business partners, legal, IT, and business leaders on learning initiatives. • Partners with LMS administrators to identify functionality needs in the LMS. • Performs other duties and projects as requested. Requirements• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (HR, Human Resource Development, Instructional Design). • 3-7+ years relevant experience in learning and development. • General knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation techniques. Nice-to-haves• Prior instructional design and facilitation experience.• Experience with learning technologies, including virtual delivery platforms and learning management systems.
