Engineering Manager - Platform & ReliabilityWe're partnering with a high-growth fintech infrastructure company to hire an Engineering Manager to lead their Platform team-spanning DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and core infrastructure. You'll play a key role in building scalable systems that support real-time payment processing and high-availability environments. This is a deeply technical leadership role, perfect for someone who's managed infrastructure at scale and enjoys driving architectural decisions, uptime, and operational excellence.What You'll Do• Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers across DevOps, SRE, and platform• Own the infrastructure roadmap and scalability strategy• Guide incident response, SLAs/SLOs, and platform reliability metrics• Optimize cloud infrastructure performance and cost• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and engineering leaders• Drive infrastructure automation, observability, and complianceWhat You Bring• 6+ years of engineering experience, 3+ years in leadership• Strong cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)• Deep expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and observability tools• Experience with highly available, production-scale systemsNice to Have• Experience in fintech, payments, or compliance-heavy environments• Familiarity with.NET/C# backend services• Experience with service mesh, microservices, and high-throughput systems• Background in resilience testing or chaos engineering• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architecturesCompensation & Perks• $160K-$210K base + performance-based bonus• Meaningful equity package• 100% remote (US-based)• Medical, dental, and vision (50-80% company-covered)• 401(k) program (eligible after 3 months)• Unlimited PTOBenefits Apply tot his job
