Sr. Project Manager, EDI & ERP - S/4HANA

About the positionResponsibilities• Manage day-to-day project tasks for implementing SPS Commerce Products and Services from close of sale through handoff to customer support• Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements and translate customer requests into project deliverables• Coordinate delivery aspects of the implementation project to ensure deliverables are completed on time while managing project risks and issues• Define and communicate expectations for productivity and quality measurements by maintaining consistent processes across the team and organization• Complete post-project analysis and drive positive project outcomes, team results and effective change managementRequirements• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years project management experience• Demonstrated understanding of processes and/or services to contribute to issue identification and idea generation/evaluation• Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multi-task; proven ability to handle multiple projects• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environmentNice-to-haves• Previous experience with project managing ECC to SAP S/4 Hana (Public and/or Private Cloud) ERP Implementations• Experience with Order to Cash, EDI, or eCommerce related implementations• Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology based service organization• Successfully leading executive level stakeholder discussions, status updates and reportingBenefits• Health insurance• Dental insurance• Vision insurance• Disability insurance• Life insurance• Paid time-off• 401(k)• Health and flexible spending accounts• Stock purchase plan Apply tot his job
