Primary Purpose of thePosition:Position provides comprehensive consultation to users in the areas of staff development and training, pre-licensing and continuing education course and organizational development. Position spends the largest amount of time in problem identification, solving, consultation, resource development, need assessment, establishment of priorities, and the maintenance, development and implementation of evaluation capabilities using Moodle Learning Management System.Position spends some time in an up front training role. Position reports to the licensing, certification and education program manager. Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of training development experience in a progressive training or teaching role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
