Summer Analyst, Project Finance
About the positionResponsibilities• Assist team members in pitching, generating, structuring, executing, and monitoring project finance transactions. • Review financial models for renewable energy projects and other project finance transactions• Review project documents, including Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Agreement, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Agreements• Review financing agreements• Review consultant reports• Draft internal transaction documents• Conduct research for independent project covering the project finance industry• Assist portfolio team in monitoring loans, which includes risk analysis, expansions, refinancings, and restructuringRequirements• Strong interest in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Spring 2027 graduation year only).• Have a good attitude and a willingness to learn quickly and think nimbly• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. • Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
