Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst IIILocation: US - CA - RemoteJob Description: Summary:The main function of the Inventory Analyst is to ensure provide timely reporting and status on finished goods inventory, transaction work in system of record for allocations and general item maintenance, and various assignments and activities related to inventory planning and system updates.JobResponsibilities:Transact allocation data directly into allocation management system in alignment with management directionInventory status, reporting and analysisTimely and thorough response to inquiries from XFN partners and direct team related to inventory planning and related updatesVarious assignments and activities related to inventory planning and executionSkills:Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and across different modes e.g. chat, email, verbal, meetingsExperience in systems e.g.ERP and Planning software applications (e.g. Oracle, o9, etc.). Critical thinking skills, working through operational issues, providing root cause and corrective action suggestions to small/medium supply chain challengesGeneral working knowledge of supply chain management and related methodologies and principlesProficient in spreadsheets (MS excel, bolthires sheets)Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in business or a related business field required.
