Synergistic Strategic Solutions (SSS) & National Black Nonprofit Alliance — 2026 Volunteer PositionsVolunteer • Remote • Part-Time (5–10 hrs/week)Training Provided • Leadership Pipeline • National Network AccessSynergistic Strategic Solutions (SSS) is a Black-owned, veteran-led, national ecosystem-building organization designing multi-generational systems to advance Black equity, HBCU excellence, nonprofit capacity, and dynastic wealth. We are recruiting volunteer leaders to help build the infrastructure for our 2026 HBCU Internship Program, national Black AI Hackathon series, and our expanding Black nonprofit alliances across the country.If you want to use your skills to create generational impact, this is where your leadership will matter. ⭐ About the OpportunityAs a 2026 SSS Volunteer, you will join a national team supporting HBCU students, Black-led nonprofits, Black social justice organizations, and Black fraternities and sororities. You will help build new systems, coordinate programs, shape national infrastructure, and support community-driven innovation. Success in this role looks like:• Clear weekly communication and follow-through• Completing role-specific deliverables• Collaborating with C-Suite Strategists and fellow volunteers• Supporting HBCU students, nonprofits, and community partners• Contributing to new systems that address decades-long disparitiesEvery role directly supports our 50-state, 22-year strategic plan for Black equitization, reconciliation, redistribution, and reconstruction.Top 2026 Volunteer Roles(Applicants may select multiple roles)• Executive Initiative Admin CoordinatorSupports the CEO & C-Suite with scheduling, project timelines, and weekly deliverables. Helps keep national initiatives aligned and organized. • Nonprofit Partnerships & Program CoordinatorBuilds relationships with Black-led nonprofits, supports alliance development, and coordinates program activities. • HR & Volunteer Engagement CoordinatorLeads recruiting, onboarding, retention, and engagement of national volunteers and interns.• Strategic Communications ManagerCreates newsletters, press releases, social media updates, and storytelling campaigns that highlight SSS/NBNA visibility. • Grant & Development Director, Coordinator, and AssistantSupports grant research, proposal drafting, and funding calendars supporting sustainability and equity programs. • HBCU Internship & Partnerships CoordinatorConnects students, alumni, and institutions to SSS programs. Supports intern onboarding and career pathways. • Data, Tech, or AI AssistantSupports CRM systems, AI tools, dashboards, and technology-driven innovation.(Additional roles available in Admin, Events, Equity, CRM, Content, and Research.)Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities vary by role but may include:• Supporting project timelines and communications• Coordinating meetings, tasks, and cross-team workflows• Managing CRM entries, dashboards, or data mapping• Supporting HBCU internship programming• Developing outreach to nonprofits, community leaders, or partners• Creating communications, reports, or presentation materials• Conducting research (policy, nonprofit, equity, tech, or partnerships)• Assisting with event planning for national programs and hackathonsQualificationsWe welcome applicants with a variety of backgrounds, including students, professionals, career changers, and retirees.Recommended qualifications:• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and meet weekly deliverables• Interest in equity, HBCUs, nonprofit leadership, or tech/AI• Experience in one or more areas (optional):• Admin & Coordination• HR, Recruiting, or Training• Content, Communications, or Social Media• Project Management• Grant Writing or Fund Development• Data, AI, or CRM Tools• Community Organizing or Nonprofit WorkNo degree required.
