This role is an expansion of our Global Talent Acquisition Team. The focus of this role will heavily focus on direct recruitment using various recruitment tools to gain interest of passive job seekers. Job Description:• Brings a network within the biotech, pharmaceutical, and CRO industries and associations as a source for information and candidate referrals. • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for all hiring needs; responsible for delivering a “high touch” superior candidate and internal customer experience throughout the recruitment cycle.• Provide primary recruitment support as part of the global Resourcing Team for US, Canada, South America, and ROW (where necessary); collaborate with MMS colleagues and external candidates in each region in order to drive forward global resourcing activities. • Utilize internal and external sources to develop candidate leads; leverage web tools and social media channels to post jobs, source candidates and build relationships as a “talent ambassador” for the company. • Leverage and manage external resources including retained and contingent recruitment firms, temporary agencies, and other services suppliers.• Complete initial resume/phone screens of candidates; coordinate candidate interviews for hiring managers. • Conduct reference checks. • Ensure consistent and efficient execution of the recruiting processes in line with internal guidelines; make recommendations to improve processes, tools and techniques. • Understand and communicate detail on employee benefit programs; answer basic benefit questions from candidates. • Work with HR Leader to develop competitive compensation packages for candidates; collaborate with HR Management on negotiations and closing of employment offers.• Maintain knowledge of market landscape, recruitment trends, compensation information, and industry news. Requirements:• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar. • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (CRO/ Biotech/ Pharma/ Life Sciences) required. • Expertise in sourcing active and passive candidates via social media, job boards and industry/ community networking. • Proficient in MS Office Applications. • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.• Able to function successfully alone and as part of a team..
