Top Requirements (Must haves) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience leading technology projects or programs, within eCommerce or retail environments. • Proven experience delivering large, complex initiatives involving multiple teams and vendors. • Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Demonstrated experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership. Exceptional organizational, planning, and risk-management skills. This role requires a delivery leader who brings clarity, calm, and momentum to complex initiatives through strong relationships and influence. • Operate effectively across time zones and cultures Demonstrates awareness, empathy, and adaptability when working with globally distributed teams, vendors, and partners. Communicates clearly and respectfully across cultural and geographic boundaries. • Build highly collaborative teams Creates an environment of trust and shared accountability across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders.
