Technical Project Manager - Web & App Development
Remote | Full-Time | EST Hours RequiredWe’re hiring a proactive, technically fluent Project Manager with real app development experience to lead complex builds across web, mobile, and integrated digital platforms. Specifically, you:Have 3+ years of agency experience in project managementHave direct experience managing app development projects (mobile or web-based)Are fluent in digital production and dev workflows—HTML/CSS, JavaScript, APIs, GitHub, CMS platforms, and how things move from design to code to QACan confidently manage developers, understand timelines & blockers, and translate tech for non-technical clientsLive in Asana, Slack, and Notion—and keep everything clean, clear, and on timeAre available 8am–5pm ET and thrive in fast-paced, no-fluff teamsAre a killer communicator who loves details and delivers with urgencyWhat You’ll Do:Lead and manage web and app development projects from start to finishTranslate strategic plans into executional task lists and sprint plansOwn the project timeline—assign, follow up, and clear blockers fastCoordinate designers and developers through staging, testing, and launchWrite agendas, take notes on client calls, and send tight meeting recaps + action itemsScope tickets in GitHub/Asana, prioritize dev work, and track issues to resolutionQA app builds for functionality and performance across devicesManage internal calendars, folders, SOPs, and documentationYou Must Have:Hands-on project management experience with live app builds (web, iOS, Android, or PWAs)A solid understanding of APIs, authentication flows, user states, front/back-end sync, and staging/deployment processesExperience managing multiple accounts at once in an agency or dev firm environmentStrong organizational skills—you know how to move fast without letting quality slipBonus Points For:Experience with eCommerce apps or platform integrationsFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum practicesA background in QA testing or accessibility complianceConfidence in supporting proposal scopes and dev estimates Apply tot his job
