We are seeking a qualified and experience Investigative Training Coordinator who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the training program for personnel performing background investigations under the Background Investigative Services Contract. The ITC works closely with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Quality Control Officer to ensure training aligns with operational requirements, support continuous improvement, and maintain investigative compliance and quality. Job Responsibilities: • Establish/maintain CFI/CIT personnel training in support of the Component’s BI program • Demonstrate knowledge of background investigations, policies and procedures. • Establish/maintain a program to train personnel who are involved in conducting investigations, scoping, assigning, controlling, reviewing, approving, and performing quality control and assurance functions. • Provide investigators with guidance on investigative and ROI issues and maintaining quality standards • Provide advice and guidance to investigative and staff personnel on FIS, INVS, and Component requirements • Plan, develop, and implement training programs and supplemental guidance for classroom or web-based in Education and Experience: Experience (Minimum): • Six (6) or more years of experience in the personnel security investigations or background investigations field, demonstrating general knowledge of background investigation policies and procedures • Experience with training when it comes to background investigations.
