Transaction Attorney/Partner Remote (Arizona) | Hybrid Option – Phoenix, AZ Practice Area: Real Estate/Commercial/Banking & Finance/Bankruptcy This is a seat for a real transactional attorney — someone who wants sophisticated deal work, clean processes, and the freedom to practice without micromanagement. You’ll handle end-to-end transactional matters, work directly on meaningful deals, and operate in an environment that values judgment over bureaucracy. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility, including: • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of transactional documents • Structuring deals and advising on risk with a business-minded approach • Managing due diligence and closing workflows • Providing practical, solution-oriented counsel to stakeholders • Running matters with autonomy while collaborating when it actually adds value What we’re Looking For • JD from an accredited law school • Active Arizona Bar license (required) • Solid experience in transactional/commercial work • Strong drafting and negotiation skills — you can spot issues before they become problems • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Professional judgment, responsiveness, and a low-ego, high-competence mindset Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
