US Retail Marketing Manager Job Description Location: USA (Remote or Hybrid) Sector: Beverage / FMCG • The brand is a fast-growing nootropic energy brand founded by a leading creator. They launched just two years ago, and have already sold millions of units across DTC, Amazon, and retail in the UK and USA, with a major expansion of US retail distribution planned for 2026. As we scale rapidly across US retail, we’re looking to build a best-in-class retail marketing function to support distribution growth, drive in-store visibility, and convert awareness into sell-through. The Role We’re looking for a US Retail Marketing Manager to own and execute the brand's retail marketing strategy across the United States. This role is responsible for how the brand shows up in-store, how retail launches are activated, and how retail activity is supported through social, email, and founder-led marketing. Reporting into the VP and working closely with Sales, this role bridges retail execution and brand marketing. While Sales secures distribution, the US Retail Marketing Manager ensures stores are supported with compelling in-store campaigns, POS, and marketing activation that drives velocity and long-term retailer confidence. This is a hands-on role with a strong execution bias, ideal for someone with experience in beverage or FMCG who understands retail realities and thrives in a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities Retail Marketing & In-Store Execution: Own how the brand is presented in-store across US retail partners, ensuring strong visibility, brand consistency, and commercial impact. Lead the development and rollout of POS, displays, shelf messaging, and in-store campaigns to support launches, promotions, and ongoing sell-through. Retail Launches & Campaigns: Plan and execute retail launch campaigns in partnership with Sales and Operations, ensuring stores are fully supported at launch. Work on larger, mass-retailer campaigns where scale, coordination, and timing are critical to success. Cross-Channel Activation: Activate retail moments through supporting marketing across social, email, and owned channels. Work closely with the social and email teams to ensure in-store activity is amplified digitally, driving footfall and awareness. Founder & Creator Activation: Collaborate with founders and creators to support retail activity through content, store visits, launches, and campaign moments. Ensure founder-led marketing aligns with retail priorities and key accounts. Sales & Retail Partner Collaboration: Work closely with the US Sales team to align marketing activity with retailer needs, promotional calendars, and account priorities. Act as the marketing point of contact for retail partners on campaigns and activations. Partnerships & Events: Support retail-focused partnerships, pop-ups, sampling, and events that drive brand awareness and trial, with a clear bias toward retail impact. Contribute to wider brand partnerships where relevant, while keeping retail at the core. Reporting & Performance: Track the performance of retail marketing initiatives, including launch execution, campaign effectiveness, and sell-through impact. Share learnings and insights to continually improve future activations. About You ● 3+ years’ experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or shopper marketing ● Background in beverage, FMCG, or consumer packaged goods is strongly preferred ● Experience working with US retail partners and understanding retail execution requirements ● Strong understanding of in-store marketing, POS, and retail campaign planning ● Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations ● Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple launches and campaigns simultaneously ● Commercially minded, with a focus on driving sell-through and retailer success ● Confident operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment ● Willingness to travel within the US as retail rollout scales Apply tot his job
