Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Customer Support Representative to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the frontline of the arenaflex experience, providing innovative and exceptional service to our clients and candidates through phone, chat, and email. This is an exciting opportunity for an early career professional to grow and develop within our business, with a starting hourly rate of $18.25. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. Complete projects assigned by the support manager, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the arenaflex system, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge. Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, ensuring that all issues are addressed and closed. Complete call logs and reports, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights for process improvements. Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends and issues in customer calls, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support services. Recommend process improvements, demonstrating your proactive approach to enhancing customer experiences and internal processes. Nights or weekend hours may be required depending on shift, and you must be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our customers. Develop expertise in the arenaflex platform, helping our customers and candidates understand the value of our technology and services. Document and manage your cases for each support interaction, ensuring that all issues are properly tracked and resolved. Recognize, document, and alert leadership of trends in contacts and ongoing issues, providing critical feedback for process enhancements. Identify and communicate support process and product improvements, driving innovation and excellence in our customer support services. Delight each of your contacts with positive and encouraging interactions, embodying the arenaflex spirit of customer obsession and excellence. Essential Qualifications Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Positive attitude and drive to always be improving, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and process excellence. Expert reading and writing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information and provide concise solutions. Proficient with technology, able to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems and platforms. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with experience in a technical support role being a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues and improving processes. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is preferred, as well as experience communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, with the ability to work 24/7 customer support hours and adapt to changing business needs. Requires US Citizenship to work in this position, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the USA. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Knowledge of the recruitment industry, with a understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing customers and candidates. Certification in customer support or a related field, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and continuous learning. Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
