Once verified, Valuations Analysts can immediately begin earning income by supporting live transactions across our investor and sponsor network. Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Valuations Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Valuations Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process. Once approved, Valuations Analysts: • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform • Gain access to paid valuation and modeling work tied to live deals • Support investors, fund managers, and operators with independent valuation analysis • Build a verified valuation track record and Analyst Rating Score Certification tiers: Analyst / Associate · Lead Valuations Analyst · Senior Valuations Analyst Valuations Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges Senior Valuations Analyst Rating Score: 90–100 Pay: $150–200/hour Typical Background: Former or current investment banking, private equity, valuation advisory, transaction services, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of valuation and deal experience Lead Valuations Analyst Rating Score: 80–89 Pay: $100–150/hour Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of hands-on valuation, modeling, or transaction support experience Valuations Analyst / Associate Rating Score: 60–79 Pay: $50–100/hour Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical valuation and financial modeling skills What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Depending on certification approvals, Valuations Analysts may be engaged for: Valuation & Financial Modeling • Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis • Public comparable company analysis • Precedent transaction analysis • Football field valuation summaries • Sensitivity and scenario analysis • Fairness opinion support (analytical only) • Purchase price allocation (analytical support) • Commercial real estate valuation and underwriting • LBO and returns modeling (valuation-focused) Transaction & Diligence Support • Valuation support for buy-side and sell-side transactions • Quality of Earnings (QoE) valuation inputs • Risk-adjusted valuation analysis • Investment memo and IC presentation support Analysts may only perform work in valuation categories they are specifically approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment results and demonstrated performance—not tenure. How Valuations Analysts Start Earning • Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved Initio Sphere training • Receive valuation-specific approvals (DCF, Comps, Transaction Analysis, CRE Valuation, etc.) • Get verified on the platform • Begin earning income immediately through hourly valuation projects and live deal engagements No cold applications. No unpaid work. Verified Valuations Analysts are actively promoted to investors, fund managers, and deal sponsors. Certification & Eligibility To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following: • Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment • Complete Initio Sphere Financial or Valuation Training • Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, ASA, ABV, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score Each Valuations Analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines: • Platform visibility and deal placement priority • Approved valuation work categories • Recommended hourly compensation range Compensation & Deal Economics • Valuations Analysts are independent contractors, not employees • Hourly rates are determined by Rating Score and approval level • Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees • Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction • Payments are issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection • Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, accuracy, or compliance issues Compliance Notice Valuations Analysts do not: • Provide investment advice • Solicit or sell securities • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or advisory capacity All work is limited strictly to valuation, analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities and professional standards.
