Vice President of Global Partnerships (Sales Operations )Department~ 3300 - Outside SalesPercentage of Travel Required~ up to 30%FLSA Status~Salary, ExemptReports to~ Chief Global Partnerships OfficerPosition SummaryThe Vice President of Global Partnerships, Sales Operations, is a critical leadership role responsible for the overallstrategy, optimization, and execution of our global partner sales operations. This position is instrumental inbuilding a world class operational framework that supports out rapidly expanding partner ecosystem, drivesefficiency, and accelerates revenue growth.Essential Duties And Responsibilities• Strategic Leadership~ Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner sales operations strategythat aligns with Vensure Global's revenue goals and GTM (go -to-market) strategy. • Process Optimization~ Design, implement, and manage scalable processes for partner onboarding, dealregistration, lead management, and commission payouts. • Data & Analytics ~ Establish and maintain a robust reporting and analytics framework to provideactionable insights into partner performance, sales trends, and pipeline health.Use data to identifyareas for improvement and drive decision -making. • Tooling & Technology ~ Lead the selection, implementation, and management of all partner sales toolsand technologies, including PRM (Partner Relationship Management) and CRM (Customer RelationshipManagement) platforms, to ensure maximum efficiency. • Cross -Functional Collaboration~ Serve as the key liaison between the global partner sales team andother critical departments, including marketing, finance, legal, and product, to ensure seamlessexecution and alignment.• Team Leadership~ Build, mentor, and lead a high -performing global team of partner sales operationsprofessionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Travel both domestic and internationally may be required occasionally to attend team onsite meetings,customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions. This may include air travel, groundtransportation (including cars, taxis, or rideshare services), and in some cases potential publictransportation.Marginal Functions• Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all othercompany team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affectingclients. • Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company anddepartment. • Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a d eep understanding of sales metrics, forecasting,and data -driven decision making.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentations, with theability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross -functional teams. • Ability to work in a fast -paced, high -growth environment. • Expertise in analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes. • Ability to think several years ahead and articulate a clear, compelling vision for the partnershipecosystem. • In-depth understanding of the company’s products or services. • Strong ability to lead, motivate, empower and develop a high performing sales team.• Skilled in mentoring and scaling global teams, fostering accountability and innovation. • Efficiently managing time to balance multiple clients and tasks, while staying organized in a dynamicwork environment. • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market changes and business needs. • Strong ability to work cross functionally with other departments. • Commitment to understanding and meeting c lient needs. Required Education & Experience• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education (including other relevantnon-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs) required, MBA or advanceddegree is highly desirable.• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales operations, with at least 5 years in a seniorleadership role focused on global partner or channel sales. • Prior experience in the HR technology, PEO, or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) space is highlydesirable. • Proven ability to develop and execute a long -term strategic vision for global sales operations. • Expertise with CRM and PRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot). • Competency in bolthires applications including word, excel, teams, and outlook.• This role requires a valid, non -restrictive driver’s license as it involves regular travel to client sites andcompany locations. • Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally on occasion. Communication Demands~• Interpersonal Skills~ Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees,managers, clients and external vendors. • Cultural Sensitivity ~ Communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstratingcultural awareness and sensitivity. • Written Communication~ Prepare clear and concise documentation, including emails and notes.• Verbal Communication ~ Conduct presentations and employee training sessions; provide clear instructionsand support to clients, employees and managers. • Presentation Skills~ Proficiency in presenting sales strategies and performance reports to executiveleadership and stakeholders. Environmental ConditionsPrimarily will be an indoor, office environment. May occasionally have moderate noise level from copiers, W2 orcheck printers, and coworkers. Will work in various additional environments, including client offices, industryconferences, customer events, an d training sessions.This means adapting to different settings and conditionsregularly. This role may involve extended periods of sitting during travel and meetings, as well as standing andwalking during client visits and events.
