Warehouse Distributor Sales Manager
Job Description: • Deliver annual goals for volume, revenue, profits, and customer satisfaction through effective strategic planning and execution. • Forecast and manage budgets to ensure alignment with brand pricing strategies and trade spend allocations. • Align internal teams, brokers, and customer stakeholders to execute ABP strategies and programs seamlessly. • Serve as an expert on customer needs, strategies, and priorities to ensure Coca-Cola programs meet their goals. • Address operational and executional challenges swiftly and effectively with customers or brokers. • Champion growth for key Nutrition brands like Simply, Minute Maid, Honest, and fairlife by driving customer engagement and alignment. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required. • 2-5 years in a sales or sales support role in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), with national or regional scope. • Experience in broker management, warehouse Route-to-Market (RTM), and customer management preferred. • Proven track record in business development planning and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
