Winter Intern - Graphic Design and Social Media
**DESCRIPTION:** • *Internship Start Date/Season:** March 2, 2026 • *Internship Duration:** 3 and 6 month options available • *Time/Days Required:** Flexible • *Workplace Requirements:** We are accepting applicants from all over to intern remotely; however, if you are local to the Tampa Bay Area, you are welcome to work in office. Extreme professionalism is required as you will most likely be exposed to high profile individuals, celebrities, and stakeholders. **Additionally, you may have the unique opportunity to sit in on video chats with networks, learning the ins and outs of the pitch and selling process of content and discovery calls with new and existing clients.** We are looking to possibly hire the right candidates post-internship. • *What makes you the right candidate for hire?** Your turnaround time and quality are unmatched. You work quickly but accurately. You understand that while it's important to have a quick turnaround on projects, quality (zero to no mistakes) is always KING. You pay close attention to detail and instructions, and you ask questions. • *Responsibilities** • In this opportunity, the intern will serve in a multi-faceted role, focusing on graphic design, social media management, and event production to support the company's client marketing, branding, graphic design, and event efforts. • This encompasses content creation, design work, managing the company's client's online social presence, updating internal documents, and aiding in the production and coordination of events. • Design visually appealing graphics for websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and event promotions. • Collaborate with marketing, content creation, and event teams to ensure designs complement the event's theme and objectives. • *Qualifications** • Although you are not required to currently be in school to apply, if you are seeking college credit, all student candidates should be currently enrolled in a college, university, or technical school (graduate or undergraduate) actively pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field through the internship period. • Proficiency in design tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Prior experience or strong interest in social media management and event coordination. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills, particularly in event planning and execution. • Ability to work both autonomously and as a contributing team member.
