Writer for short-form blog & video content
I’m looking for a part-time content repurposing assistant to help turn weekly anchor pieces (a Substack essay, blog post, or TikTok video) into smaller content formats across my platforms. My content focuses on leadership, management, organizational health, and personal growth. This is not a strategy or social media growth role. This is a writing and repackaging role. You don’t need to film, design, edit videos, or create original ideas. You take the ideas I’ve already created and translate them into clear, concise content in my voice and adapted for specific platforms.For example, I may post a TikTok video on Monday. I would want you to take the concept and repurpose it into a short (150-250) blog post. Or maybe I'll publish a Substack - I'll want you to script a short (45-60 second) script for a TikTok. Other requirements:• Capture my tone and voice so each piece of content feels authentic. • Organize all drafts into a shared location (bolthires Drive)• Occasional scheduling if comfortable, but not requiredIdeal candidates are:• Strong summarizers and writers• Familiar with TikTok structure, hooks, and pacing• Detail-oriented and timely (1-2 day turnaround ideally)• Experienced in my topic areaTime commitment: 2-4 hours per week Apply tot his job
