Position: YouTube & Thumbnail Editor Enhanced Labs is on the hunt for a creative and skilled YouTube & Thumbnail Editor to join our growing team. As a YouTube & Thumbnail Editor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s online presence and bringing our content to life on the digital platform. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and create engaging and eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for our videos. • Edit raw footage and produce high-quality videos for our YouTube channel, adhering to the brand’s guidelines and style. • Create visually appealing and informative animated intros and outros for our videos. • Incorporate sound effects, music, and visuals to enhance the overall quality of our videos. • Be updated with the latest YouTube trends and incorporate them into our content. • Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to improve visibility and reach. • Stay organized with file management and adhere to deadlines to ensure timely delivery of videos. • Monitor and analyze the performance of our YouTube channel and use data-driven insights to improve future content. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film, Communications, or related field. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing and YouTube content creation. • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc. • Strong understanding of YouTube’s algorithms and best practices. • An eye for detail and a keen sense of aesthetics. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions. • A passion for creating engaging and high-quality content.
