This is a remote, project-based engagement with potential long-term collaboration. We care about clear action logs, weekly deliverables, and measurable improvement. What You’ll Do (Execution-Focused) Own and optimize Amazon Ads: Sponsored Products / Sponsored Brands / Sponsored Display Reduce wasted spend via search term harvesting + negatives, bid adjustments, placement control (TOS/ROS/PP) Improve budget pacing (avoid “burns out in the morning”) Restructure messy account/campaign architecture into a scalable, controllable system Analyze ads + profit performance using LingXing ERP (领星ERP) (must be experienced) Provide weekly reporting: actions taken + impact + next week plan Required (Non-Negotiable) 3+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience with proven results Managed Amazon Ads account independently Advanced LingXing ERP (领星ERP) skills or similar (profit-linked analysis; not just exporting reports) Strong documentation & remote collaboration (clear action tracking, weekly deliverables) Comfortable working with US marketplace & Pacific Time coordination Nice to Have Experience in consumer electronics / auto accessories / durable goods ($150+) Ability to build lightweight SOPs/templates while executing (weekly cadence, rules, alerts) Familiarity with DTC/Google/Meta/TikTok (bonus) 备注:我们需要的是“能直接落地执行”的操盘手(不是只给建议)。必须精通领星或其他ERP,用于广告与毛利的联动复盘。投递请务必提供量化案例与执行动作。 Apply tot his job
